We can ship worldwide, if you can't choose shipping options when ordering, please contact us.

Our factory is located in China, we delivery the shoes from Hong Kong or Guangzhou.

 

How To Pay, Is Payment Safe?

We accept credit card and WesternUnion money transfer.

We use third-party credit payment provider, who offer the secure payment environment. So we do not and can not collect your payment info.

We can’t receive the money from our payment company until you receive the shoes. So the payment is safe.


You can get another 10% off via WesternUnion money transfer


Why Payment Failed?

Sometimes your credit card bank may refuse the payment, it’s normal when you attempting an international online payment.

You can wait 24 hours, place new order and try again.

If still failed, please don't repeat placing payment failed orders.

Try to use another credit card used for international online payment before, or call your card bank to apply for the international online payment.

How Long Could I Get The Shoes?

24 hours order confirmed.

Processing 2-3 business days, preparing shoes and sending to our shipping agency.

shipping 5-14 business days. We use DHL, Fedex, EMS and RPX (for Germany buyers) depends on your location.

Total time: Confirming time+processing time+shipping time


The shipping tracking code will come in 3-5 days after order confirmed. (Shipping from factory to HongKong /Guangzhou/Beijing)


How Can I Do When There Are Duplicate Orders?

No worry when there are duplicate orders in your account, we will not process the unpaid or payment failed orders.

We will delete the duplicate orders for you.

(Every time when you go to the last step of the check out process, the system will automatically create an order. )


Why My Credit Card Charged More?

We only charge the amount shows in your order on our site.

Your credit card bank may charge you a fee for currency exchange when international transaction.

Due to international transaction between Chinese bank and your country bank, different country and different card type, we don't know how much the fee is.


Do I Need To Pay The Tax?

It’s a little chance for you to pay the custom duty. (Not all the shipment need to pay tax, about 5% probability)

If the mail man charge you the custom fee, you can pay him. Then take a photo of the invoice and send the photo to us.

We will refund half of the tax money or send coupon code to you, depends on you.


Why No Shipping Options Are Available?

There is 5kg weight limited for every order, check the weight in shopping cart.

If over 5kg, edit the item amount in shopping cart.


Return And Refund Policy

Contact us within 3 days after you sign the package.

Keep the items in new condition same as you received the package.

Our customer service will send the return address to you, please make sure send to this address and receiver info.

Please use normal post, that can easier pass China customs.

We will send new item to you or refund after we receive your return package and check the condition.

Due to international transaction between Chinese bank and your country bank, the money many need 30-60 business days back to your card, processing time depends on the bank.

Note: you need to pay for the shipping back cost.
